We agree to live our faith by:
*providing outreach, fellowship and caring to our church community as well as to the local and worldwide community
*welcoming all who wish to participate in the activities of this group and to be open to new ideas
Meetings at the church on first and third Thursday evening 7 – 8 pm
Come see what is happening and how you might become involved.
Hugs by mail – This is our program where a person from our church remembers one of our people who no longer is able to be in church and socialize with us on a regular basis. The “angel” sends cards, calls on the telephone and remembers the person on his/her birthday. Small acts of kindness will make that person know he/she is remembered.
Family night – Family nights are on the second and last Wednesday each month at 6 pm. Come have a meal, play board-games or just socialize with your fellow parishioners.
Prayer Shawl Ministry – Prayer shawls are available to give to people in need of comfort and solace. Please sign the list if you take a prayer shawl out of the bin in the sacristy. Instructions for knitting or crocheting Prayer shawls can be found on the church’s website and are available in print.
Handmade for Cancer – Inspired by a member of our church who was undergoing chemotherapy, we
make hats for cancer patients coping with hair loss due to chemotherapy.
German Christmas Market – December 4 to 6, 2015
